For swimmers interested in more individualized attention we also offer 私人游泳课 year round.  If you are interested please provide us with  your availability and we will  do our best to accommodate you.  Private 教训 will  only be offered according to availability of instructors.

Arthritis 基金会 Approved Water Exercise Classes

黛娜E. 戈尔体育 & 水上运动中心 proudly offers  North Carolina Arthritis 基金会 approved Water Exercise Classes.  保持在我们的完全无障碍, shallow water pool these classes are designed to help participants improve range of motion, 强度, 灵活性 and balance with the goal of reducing pain and stiffness while improving overall quality of life.

While designed by the Arthritis 基金会, these classes are not only for those with arthritis.  These classes can be of great benefit to anyone seeking to improve their range of motion, 强度, 灵活性, balance and coordination including individuals recovering from illnesses or injuries, individuals who may have completed physical therapy but need to continue to participate in a low-impact routine or individuals suffering the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.

激流游泳俱乐部

Join our 激流游泳俱乐部 (formerly Master’s Swimming) and benefit from having our coaches design workouts and provide feedback on your strokes while you enjoy the camaraderie of  a group workout. Open to Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced swimmers of all 年龄s.

体育 & 水上运动中心 Follows The National Lightning Safety Institute’s recommendations for the following swimming pool safety:
